On March 21st, 2023, KAP RSM conducted a physical asset check activity at Diponegoro University. This activity is part of the audit carried out by KAP RSM. Due to the large number of assets that needed to be inspected, the physical check activity was carried out for 2 days, namely on Tuesday, March 21st, 2023, and Friday, March 24th, 2023.
To facilitate the physical check activity, KAP RSM was accompanied by SPI staff and staff from the Asset and Logistics Division. The accompanying physical check team consisted of 4 teams, namely Team 1 (Mr. Sumijo, Ms. Nissa, and Mr. Puguh), Team 2 (Mr. Dzaky, Ms. Nilam, and Mr. Alvian), Team 3 (Mr. Andi and Mr. Widi), and Team 4 (Mr. Nugroho and Mr. Yuda).
Physical asset checks were carried out in units and faculties, including the Central Office, the Communication and Business Bureau (BKB), Integrated Laboratories, the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), the Faculty of Law (FH), the Faculty of Health (FK), the Faculty of Health and Society (FKM), the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science (FPIK), the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture (FPP), the Faculty of Psychology (FPSI), the Faculty of Science and Mathematics (FSM), and the Faculty of Engineering (FT).
The list of assets checked by KAP RSM includes tangible and intangible assets, such as assets resulting from procurement in 2022. These assets include lecture-building structures, laboratories, bridges, and canopy construction. In addition, vehicles and other items such as lab equipment, furniture, and supporting equipment were also subject to physical checks.
