On Monday, January 29, 2024, the Diponegoro University Internal Monitoring Unit held a meeting in the SPI Meeting Room with the Performance Report preparation team (LAKIN) from the Undip Planning and Development Agency (BPP). This activity, which started at 14.30, was carried out to discuss the results of the temporary revision of the 2023 LAKIN Undip draft by the LAKIN Review Team from SPI Undip. This meeting aims to obtain information and confirm several notes related to the 2023 LAKIN draft.
The meeting lasted approximately 2 hours. The discussion took place relaxed and warmly between the LAKIN Review Team from SPI and the LAKIN drafting team from BPP. The review of LAKIN was carried out as a review of Diponegoro University’s 2023 LAKIN, to ensure that the performance report presented reliable, accurate, and quality performance information.
LAKIN Undip has been prepared according to the guidelines in the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 53 of 2014 concerning Technical Guidelines for Performance Reporting Agreements and Procedures for Reviewing Government Agency Performance Reports (Permenpan RB 53/2014).
The objectives of reviewing Diponegoro University’s LAKIN in 2023 are:
a) Assist in implementing the performance accountability system for government agencies;
b) Provide limited confidence regarding the accuracy, reliability, and validity of government agency performance data and information contained in the PTN-BH Performance Indicators (IK) and Key Performance Indicators (IKU) of the Strategic Plan (Renstra) to produce quality Performance Reports.
