AUDIT AUDIENCE ON ICT WITH THE ASSET AND LOGISTICS DIVISION
In the second session of the ICT Audit Audience, which started at 10.15 WIB, the auditee was the Asset and Logistics Division. Mr. Agus Simatupang, as the external auditor, began the discussion with the Asset Division represented by Mr. Yunarso Hendrianto, S.E. (Manager of Asset and Logistics Division) and Mr. Andi Widiasmoro, S.T., M.Kom (Supervisor of the Inventory and Asset Disposal Subdivision).
The event was filled with discussions about ICT Asset Management and its management, including:
a. Has the ICT asset management been implemented in accordance with the ICT asset management guidelines;
b. Has ICT asset management been applied to all organizational work units;
c. Are ICT assets periodically stock-taken, with asset status and identity updates;
d. How does the university manage its ICT assets;
e. How does the university dispose of its ICT assets;
f. Is there an ICT asset management system at the university;
g. Has the implementation of ICT asset management been periodically reviewed and evaluated;
h. Has the review and evaluation of ICT asset management policy implementation been followed up?
At 11.00 WIB, the second session of the audience with the Asset and Logistics Division ended.
AUDIENCE WITH THE IT TEAM
The second session of the IT audit audience continued with the IT team at 2:00 PM offline via the ZOOM application. The event was reopened by Mr. Agus Simatupang, as the external auditor. Representing the IT team were Dr. Maman Somantri, ST, MT (Director of Information Technology, Communication, and Reporting Directorate), Mr. Joko Saksono, S.Kom. (Deputy Director of Information Technology, Communication, and Reporting Directorate), and Mr. Wahyudi, S.Kom. (Manager of Information System, Data, and Reporting Department).
The event was filled with discussions about ICT Governance and Management. The following are the highlights of ICT Governance and Management:
- Master Plan
Whether the ICT Master Plan has been established as policy, whether the Master Plan includes ICT architecture and ICT roadmap, has been periodically reviewed and evaluated, and then followed up. - Architecture
Including architecture that includes business process domains, data and information, applications, ICT infrastructure, ICT security, ICT services, and integration with internal and external systems. - Plans and Budgets
Including policies and procedures related to university budgeting, ICT work plans, and budgets. How the Plans and Budgets are in the work unit, whether they have been consulted with the ICT management unit, and whether they are in line with the University Master Plan and have been integrated. - Data and Information
Includes questions about whether ICT undip contributes to best practice data management development and implementation strategies, whether there is an integrated data warehouse with data sources, and whether there is a business glossary or data dictionary.
