On Monday, 13 February 2023, the Diponegoro University Internal Supervisory Unit held an Initial Audit ICT Hearing with the 2023 Information and Communication Technology (ICT) External Auditor at Diponegoro University. The activity took place in the Meeting Room of the Communication and Business Bureau (BKB) in Undip’s SA-MWA Building Tembalang. This initial audience activity is intended to obtain initial information related to governance – IT management, operating applications as well as IT infrastructure and security.
The external auditor team present at the initial hearing included: Mr. Eko Kusbang Umar, M.T., Mr. Agustin Simatupang, S.Kom, and Mr. Iwap Saputra, S.T.
At 09.00 WIB, the activity was opened by Mrs. Tri Widowati, S.E., as Secretary of the Diponegoro University Internal Supervisory Unit.
In this activity, Dr. Maman Somantri, S.T., M.T., as the Director of the Information Technology, Communication, and Reporting Directorate, conveyed in more detail the holding of an ICT audit.
Then Mr. Eko Kusbang Umar, M.T., as the Project Manager of the ICT Auditor Team, conveyed the ICT audit methodology to be carried out at Undip. The ICT Audit methodology that will be carried out consists of several stages, including:
1.Audit Planning Stage
Includes entry meeting activities, initial data collection, risk assessment, detailed scheduling, and audit program finalization.
2.Audit Implementation Stage
Consists of 3 audit activities, namely:
- IT Governance and Management Audit
- Application Audit
- Infrastructure, Security, and Data Center Audit
3.Audit Reporting
