On April 12, 2023, Diponegoro University held the 2023 Information and Communication Technology (ICT) External Audit Exit Meeting in the Rector’s Meeting Room in the Widya Puraya Building, Undip Tembalang. The event started at 10.00 WIB and began with remarks and directions from Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H., M.Hum, Chancellor of Diponegoro University.
In this exit meeting activity, Mr. Agus Simatupang, a representative from the External Auditor of PT. Transforma Rekayasa dan Solusi presented the 2023 Information and Communication Technology Audit Report at Diponegoro University. The presentation of the ICT Audit Report includes a list of findings and recommendations consisting of:
- ICT Governance
- ICT Management
- Applications (Functional and Non-Functional)
- Infrastructure
- Security
- Datacenter
The Information and Communication Technology Audit which lasted for approximately 2 months has the scope of including ICT Governance and Management, Application Functionality and Performance, Network, Security, and Data Center. IT audit is carried out as a management control in evaluating systems to maintain organizational data security and evaluating how effective the internal control design of information technology is used.
