The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Audit at Diponegoro University began in early February 2023 and has been ongoing for about 45 days. Every Friday, external auditors report the progress of the audit to the Internal Supervisory Unit (SPI). On March 10, 2023, the SPI held a meeting to discuss the progress of the ICT audit that had been conducted.
The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Diponegoro University SPI, Prof. Dr. Abdul Rohman, S.E., M.Si., three representatives from the external audit team (Mr. Agus Simatupang, Mr. Farid, and Mr. Iwap), as well as two internal auditors (Mr. Dhanu and Mr. Yuda).

Some important points that resulted from the progress meeting of the ICT audit are as follows:
- The audit has been conducted on the SIAP, SIAK, SIMBIKU, and online registration applications.
- Asset audit was conducted from the perspective of TI management. External auditors have had discussions with the Asset and Logistics Division as well as the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM).
- The current progress of the ICT audit has reached 71.3%.
The ICT audit at Diponegoro University is conducted in accordance with the Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 95 of 2018 concerning the Electronic-Based Government System, and covers audits of governance, infrastructure, and applications. It is expected that this ICT audit can be conducted periodically in the future.
