On Wednesday, March 1st, 2023, the Internal Audit Unit of Diponegoro University held an ICT Audit Audience in the BAUK (General Administration and Finance Bureau) meeting room. The ICT audit audience meeting was held to discuss and obtain information from units at Diponegoro University. Units attending the audience included the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) of Undip, the Personnel Division, the Asset Division, and the IT Division.
The event was divided into two sessions: Session 1 from 09:00-10:15 WIB and Session 2 from 10:15-11:00 WIB. In Session 1, the auditee present were the BPSDM and Personnel Division, while in Session 2, the auditee present were the Asset and Logistics Management Division and the IT team.
Session 1 started at 09:00 WIB with an opening speech and guidance from Prof. Dr. Abdul Rohman, S.E., M.Si., Ak., CA, as the Head of the Internal Audit Unit of Diponegoro University. The event was then continued by Mr. Agus Simatupang, the IT Auditor from PT.Transforma Rekayasa and Solusi. The event was filled with discussions on Human Resource Management (HRM), including:
- Approved IT management policies;
- Planning and recruitment of Human Resources (HR needs list and recruitment process);
Arrangement of IT competencies; - Arrangement of IT competencies in the fields of business processes, architecture, data, and information, security, applications, and infrastructure;
- Fulfillment of SPBE human resource competencies carried out according to Human Resource planning or Training Need Analysis (TNA);
- Competencies in the IT business process, architecture, data, and information, security, applications, and infrastructure;
- Assessment of IT competencies;
- And others.
Session 1 of the audience ended at 10:15 and was followed by Session 2, which was an audience with the Asset and IT Divisions.
